The Principal

Wellington Woods, A.I.P., B.A., I.B.A has served on The Professional Architect’s Board, the Bahamas Government’s special architectural body for the City of Nassau, Vice President of the Institute of Bahamian Architects and presently a member of the professional contractor’s board.

To augment his design ability, he became a certified Appraiser, a Senior Property Valuer and a member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association, a Contractor, and member of the Bahamas Contractors Association.

For his design ability, Mr. Woods has won the Bahamas Governor General’s Award for Design Excellence in numerous categories including Single Residence, Multi-Family and Commercial Properties.
